Previous roles include Operations Manager at Dataconomy Media and multiple positions at A MAZE Festival Berlin and Tech Open Air, where Jamie expertly managed ticketing platforms and customer inquiries. A background also includes significant experience in sales operations at Ticketfly and Eventbrite, along with promotional and customer support roles. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a marketing emphasis from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and earned a diploma in Photography from Shaw Academy.
