Jamie Tobin

Jamie Tobin possesses extensive experience in operations management and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Feather since September 2020, Jamie leads a team of over 20 individuals and focuses on customer retention, process improvement, and strategic business planning. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Dataconomy Media and multiple positions at A MAZE Festival Berlin and Tech Open Air, where Jamie expertly managed ticketing platforms and customer inquiries. A background also includes significant experience in sales operations at Ticketfly and Eventbrite, along with promotional and customer support roles. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a marketing emphasis from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and earned a diploma in Photography from Shaw Academy.
