Danielle DeBoer, MBA, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Danielle is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferraro Foods since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis for over 15 years, holding various roles within the HR department. Danielle'slast position at Novartis was as the People & Organization (HR) Site Head, Cell & Gene Manufacturing from February 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they served as the Director, Global HR Business Partner from March 2015 to February 2020. Danielle also gained experience as an Associate Director, Manager, and Analyst in HR roles at Novartis.
Danielle DeBoer, MBA, PHR, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Danielle also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources, also from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Additionally, Danielle has studied British Government and English Literature at Wroxton College. In 2009, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
