Elle Rhodes

Elle Rhodes currently serves as an Investigator at the Financial Ombudsman Service, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Elle accumulated extensive experience at Hastings Direct from August 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Customer Care Complaints Team and the Social Media Team, as well as serving as a Senior Complaint Handler and Social Media Representative. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Sales Assistant at The Fragrance Shop from January 2017 to April 2019 and at New Look from October 2017 to August 2018.
