Doug Hampton

Doug Hampton currently serves as the Director of Combat Systems Test and Evaluation at FINCANTIERI since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hampton dedicated 27 years to the US Navy, where roles included Program Director for the N72 Branch, overseeing Fleet Training for 11 Aircraft Carriers, and Ships Maintenance Program Manager, coordinating maintenance at various organizational levels. Additionally, Hampton held the position of Electronics Program Manager, managing shipboard electronic equipment maintenance, and began as an Electronics Technician. Hampton earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Purdue Global in 2020.
