Ben Langmaid

Ben Langmaid is a dedicated Labour Relations Manager at the First Nations Health Authority since March 2017, specializing in employee and labour relations by offering guidance to Human Resources and organizational leaders, preparing for collective bargaining, and resolving grievances. Previously, Ben served as a Labour Relations Specialist at the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association, where responsibilities included managing employment terms and mediating between unionized workforces and employers.
