Marketing Data Analyst

The Marketing Team at FLASHGAS is expanding fast and supporting 15 FLASHGAS companies in every vertical of business. We are looking for a data expert that can help us analyze and take action in the marketing department. In this role, you will be working directly with the advertising and marketing database teams to help us translate how our data should influence our marketing decisions. There is an enormous amount of upward mobility for the right candidate in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure marketing and sales data is regularly updated, and analyze data to bring out key insights Providing business insights, account profiling, prospecting and data to influence sales and marketing plans Using and promoting data-exploration techniques to discover new or unasked questions Provide sales reports including pipeline and win/loss information Transform data into a digestible and presentable story based on the audience and confidently and effectively communicate that information with a wide-range of audiences Work in a virtual team environment across time zones Proactively drive responsibilities and self-manage to the highest quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience, Competencies and Education:

2+ years of experience in working with Marketing or Sales Data Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, ability to build complex formulas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Experience with CRM automation tools (e.g. SalesForce.com), marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), and analytic tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus Exceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectively You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders You have demonstrated the ability to work in a global and fast paced environment and remain calm in times of pressure You have a “whatever it takes” team player and collaborative attitude This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, Florida.
