Christopher D'Antuono

Christopher D'Antuono serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at FLASH, a technology company enhancing parking and EV charging through an innovative digital ecosystem, since October 2022. Previously, Christopher held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Barnacle Parking Enforcement from August 2016 to October 2022, where significant advancements in the parking industry were made with a patented technology solution. Earlier experience includes a tenure as General Counsel and Vice President at GFI Group Inc., a global firm, where responsibilities encompassed commercial agreements, securities law compliance, and corporate finance initiatives, alongside contributions to the company's IPO. Christopher began a legal career as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, gaining expertise in corporate transactions and securities law compliance. Christopher earned a JD Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Economics from The City University of New York.
