Ben Nachbaur

Ben Nachbaur is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Fleetio since October 2024. Previously, Ben held various leadership roles at Motive, including Senior Vice President of Sales for the Commercial and Mid-Market segments. Ben's consulting experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Nachbaur Consulting, focusing on revenue model planning and sales strategies for MarTech and FinTech companies. Ben's extensive background also includes significant positions at Reflektive, G.C.G., PeopleMatter, and Acteva, where Ben built and scaled sales organizations, optimized sales processes, and contributed to multiple fundraising efforts. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University.
