Sanjay Dhakar is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Flipkart since May 2020, Sanjay has successfully built a low code platform that enhanced the company's software development lifecycle by 40%. Prior to this, Sanjay held the position of Associate Director of Engineering at Myntra Jabong, where a cross-functional team of over 25 engineers was developed to drive growth hacking initiatives. As VP of Engineering at Jugnoo, Sanjay launched multiple delivery services, significantly increasing daily orders. With a strong foundation as Co-founder and CTO of Tookan and Click Labs, Sanjay propelled innovations in field workforce management and mobile product development. Earlier in the career, Sanjay developed financial technology solutions at Bankbazaar.com and completed a summer internship at STMicroelectronics. Sanjay holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
