About the Role As a Technical Recruiter at Flow, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to connect with top-tier technical talent. Acting as a strategic partner to our engineering leaders, you'll play a key role in scaling our technical teams. You'll take ownership of sourcing strategies for highly technical roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for a driven and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering Leaders and tech hiring teams to run full-cycle recruiting, define requirements, develop creative sourcing strategies, and build interview processes aligned with hiring needs and goals.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize and scale recruiting operations, such as hiring events, employer branding, recruiting resources, and SOBO campaigns.
  • Collaborate in weekly syncs with Engineering Leadership to resolve roadblocks, align on headcount needs, share insights, and prioritize open roles.
  • Facilitate debrief sessions to maintain hiring standards and secure top-tier talent.
  • Enhance team effectiveness by promoting interviewing best practices that improve candidate experience and decision-making.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and timely.
  • Develop tailored approaches to close top candidates, effectively managing expectations around compensation, growth opportunities, and culture fit.

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years managing full-cycle recruiting experience for engineering roles in high-growth environments
  • Extensive experience sourcing a high volume of candidates for technical roles, with a proven ability to identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, moving quickly and effectively through every stage of the recruiting process.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable—comfortable taking the lead and finding creative solutions with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with and advise hiring managers on best-in-class recruiting approaches
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to successfully synthesize recruiting insights, create initiatives, and execute autonomously
  • Experience working at an early stage start-up is preferred.
