Graziella Brenneman is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in managing government guaranteed loans and small business lending. Currently serving as VP - National Lender & Relationship Manager at Flushing Bank since April 2025, Graziella oversees loan origination efforts, focusing on SBA and USDA programs while fostering relationships with clients and partners. Prior to this, Graziella held various leadership roles, including VP at John Marshall Bank, where responsibilities included leading SBA lending teams and improving processes. With a solid foundation in commercial banking from positions at Arlington Community Federal Credit Union, Capital One, and Bank of America, Graziella also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miriam College, enhancing interpersonal skills in financial management and customer relations.
