Rotem Strauss is currently a Financial Analyst at Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (ENLT) since November 2023 and a Co-Founder of FoodTech IDC, which promotes food entrepreneurship and innovation among students at Reichman University. Previously, Strauss served as a Student Intern at Strauss Group's Innovation Arm, focusing on marketing strategies for the Upland healthy snack brand. From November 2016 to July 2019, Strauss was a Medical Instructor in the IDF Medical Corps, overseeing 70 instructors and managing training programs. Rotem Strauss holds a degree in Sustainability and Economics from Reichman University, completed in July 2023.

Problem-solving in the industry is achieved through exposure to lectures in the field, and it culminates in industry integration at the end of the program through specialization, positions, and entrepreneurship development. Graduates of the programs integrate into the industry and establish Ventures. 🟣 We organize events and national hackathons in the food tech field for strategic target audiences to promote the industry. As a result, Ventures have emerged that are currently in development stages. 🟣 We broadcast the leading food tech podcast in Israel. The podcast uncovers the behind-the-scenes of the food industry and promotes current opportunities to advance the industry from influential figures in the food tech field. It is available on selected platforms and on 106.2 FM.
