Jennifer joined Forge from ShareSpost where she was the President and Co-founder of SharesPost Financial Corporation, heading the broker-dealer for 6 of her 8-year tenure. Prior to SharesPost, Jennifer worked for Silver Lake Waterman and New Evolution Ventures, analyzing and working on portfolio investments. Earlier in her career, she worked for Jefferies & Company in fixed-income sales. Jennifer also worked for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in fixed-income sales and institutional equity sales, and was a relationship manager for Merrill Lynch.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Northeastern University. She has served on the board of directors of the YMCA (Presidio) and Printz Dance Center in Marin County. Jennifer holds FINRA series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
