Andrei holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative, an Engineer’s Degree in Applied Electronics from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Colegiul National "Mihai Viteazul."
