Previously, Thomas held the position of CEO at Creative Platforms, where expertise was focused on advising small franchise organizations in marketing and operational strategy. Before that, a notable tenure at McDonald's Canada spanned over two decades, during which Thomas was recognized as one of the world's Top 100 franchise owners and held several key marketing roles across the Asia/Pacific region. Thomas holds an Honours Graduation Diploma from North Toronto Collegiate Institute and has pursued further education at the University of Arizona and the University of Phoenix.
