Previously, Tim held the position of National Fleet Manager, leading a team responsible for a diverse fleet of 600 vehicles and implementing strategies for carbon neutrality, cost control, and driver development. Earlier experience includes managing a fleet of 160 commercial vehicles as a Fleet Manager and serving as a Transport Manager. Tim's educational background includes studies at Berkshire College and Stratton Upper School in Bigglewade, Bedfordshire.
