Job Description

Frontier Talent is looking for a Customer Success Lead to join their rapidly growing team. They are a technology company that enables high growth businesses to hire faster using automation and data.

As the first Customer Success Lead you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients of all sizes, ranging from startups, to mid-sized to enterprise. You are a charismatic leader and a great communicator, who is comfortable working with the company’s engineering and product teams to identify and troubleshoot client issues. You are excited about being part of a high growth startup, and will be partnering with Frontier’s CEO and VP of Operations to grow the Customer Success team.

Reports To

This position reports directly to the VP of Operations Zara Yaqoob. Her background is rooted in hyper-growth startups and building billion dollar companies: starting with her journey at Improbable where she wore many different hats to Onfido, where she joined as Director of Strategy.


Zara's hobbies include reading anything and everything, discovering new music, gaming and cave-diving.

What We Need Your Help With

  • Being the main point of contact for our customers
  • Partnering with Operations to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns
  • Implementing processes so we can continue to delight our customers as we scale
  • Liaising with product/engineering/operations to ensure feedback is circulated and acted on
  • Acting as an advocate for our customers internally
  • Ensuring customers continue to work with us

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of customer success experience
  • Experience leading a team and/or working across disciplines with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise with SMB as well as Enterprise clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous start up experience is a plus
