Umesh's legal expertise was honed while working as a solicitor in New Zealand, consulting on tax-efficient structuring and drafting legal documents. Education includes a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Biological Sciences.
