The Position

We are seeking an Document Control Administrator to join our team for the next 6 months, with an opportunity to extend. The ideal candidate will support our company growth and teams by overseeing key responsibilities :

• Screen newly submitted changes to make sure that non-technical change requirements are met, communicate rejections clearly
• Assign changes to appropriate review teams
• Maintain relevant change-submitter training materials, updating as we learn
• Drive change creators and reviewers to meet business needs (ECOs processing quickly with minimal rejections)

What we’re looking for

• Organized, reliable, rigorous
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technically proficient, able to learn how to use a complex software application
