Pamela Valdivieso Matta currently serves as the Head of Monitoring Evaluation and Research at Future Frontiers since September 2022, after holding the position of Senior Research and Impact Manager. Previously, Pamela worked as an Education Consultant at Porticus, focusing on program development and monitoring for early childhood and educational initiatives in Latin America. Experience includes leading a national pilot mentoring program as Head of Programme at the Ministry of Education, advising on program planning and implementation, and developing monitoring systems for educational interventions. Earlier roles involved contributions to inclusive education, rural poverty reduction, and educational access through various ministries and organizations, including GIZ and AECID. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
