Currently serving as Principal at The Possibilities Agency and Project Director at FutureBARBADOS, Tamaisha focuses on fostering collaboration and establishing Barbados as a hub for social innovation. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Barbados Environmental Conservation Trust and Subregional Associate Programme Officer at UNDP, where Tamaisha managed significant grants and promoted sustainable development initiatives. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree in Integration Studies from The University of the West Indies, Tamaisha has effectively contributed to various organizations, enhancing their communication strategies, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
