Mayra Alejandra D. has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network operations and incident management. At Liberty Latin America, Mayra served as Snr Manager in the Central NOC, developing and executing strategies for efficient Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations. Mayra also held roles ensuring adherence to ITIL processes in Major Incidents, Change, and Problem Management. Prior to this, Mayra was the RNOC Latam Change & Incident Manager at C&W Networks and gained academic experience as a Project Management professor at Universidad de la Costa CUC. Mayra's career began with positions at Promitel Colombia S.A.S and Lazus Colombia SAS, where responsibilities included network support and service level management. Mayra holds an MBA from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and a specialization in Project Design and Evaluation from Universidad del Norte.
