Shona Cartwright is an experienced professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as Product and Training Manager and previously as Onboarding and Training Manager at GapMaps since March 2022. Prior to this role, Shona held the position of Head of Customer Experience at OrderMate from July 2019 to March 2022. Shona's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RMIT University, completed between 2014 and 2015, and additional studies at Victoria University from 2013 to 2014.
