Keith Puliafico

Keith Puliafico has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and learning development roles. Keith is currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at GE Aerospace since 2019. Prior to this, Keith worked as the Senior Director of Global Learning & Talent Development at Thomson Reuters from 2015 to 2019. Before joining Thomson Reuters, they held the position of Senior Director of Learning & Development at Sodexo from 2013 to 2015.

From 2010 to 2013, Keith worked as the Director of Leadership Learning & Development at Kaplan Higher Education. Keith started their career at Walt Disney World in 1998 and served in multiple roles such as Regional Manager, Operations Learning & Development; Project Development Manager, Global Training Projects; Learning & Development Consultant; Learning & Development Manager; Guest Service Manager; Executive Housekeeping Manager; and Housekeeping Manager, Concierge Operations.

Keith also has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Johnson & Wales University from 1995 to 1998.

Keith Puliafico has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration, cum laude, and an Associate of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, magna cum laude, from Johnson & Wales University. Keith also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University.
