Bader Algadi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and performance management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Development at the General Authority of Awqaf since June 2021. Previously, Bader held various managerial roles at Bank Albilad from February 2009 to May 2021, including Performance Management Manager, where oversight of the performance management system for all employees was a key responsibility. Bader’s background also includes leadership positions in learning and development, project management, and customer service at Al Rajhi Bank. Bader's academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from King AbdulAziz University and a Diploma in Internet & Network Management from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
