Hongwei Han

Hongwei Han serves as the Associate Director and Head of In Vivo Pharmacology at Generate Biomedicines since December 2022, overseeing the generation of preclinical data for IND filings and contributing to the development of novel therapeutics in oncology, autoimmune, and infectious diseases. Prior to this role, Hongwei Han was a Principal Scientist at Sanofi, leading preclinical research for projects such as Dupixent, and previously held positions as a Senior Scientist and Staff Scientist. Hongwei Han's academic background includes a PhD in Immunology from Tokushima University and extensive research experience in immunology-related studies at the Benaroya Research Institute and the University of Washington.
