Max Soulimov

Max Soulimov has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Max started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Norton Rose in 1997 and later became a Solicitor at the same firm. In 2000, they joined Lukoil Europe Holdings Limited as the Head of Legal before moving to Global Corporate Ventures Limited, Marr Group in 2002 to take on the role of Head of Legal. At Marr Group, Max was responsible for overseeing tax, corporate, commercial, and trading activities of more than 200 companies. In 2017, they joined Genesis Digital Assets as the Head of Legal, where they provided legal support and advice on various acquisitions and investments. Max is currently leading the legal and tax structure of the group and working on listing GDA on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.

Max Soulimov attended Tver State University from 1989 to 1994 and obtained a Modern Languages Degree, specializing in teaching English, French, and Russian as foreign languages. Following this, Max pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Hertfordshire from 1993 to 1996. After completing their LL.B., they enrolled at the College of Law in Guildford, United Kingdom, in 1996 for a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, specifically the Legal Practice Course. Max also holds the certification of Solicitor of the Supreme Court in England and Wales, which was obtained through the Law Society of England and Wales.
