Anne Trinh is a data science professional with extensive experience in cancer research. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Scientific Advisor at GenieUs Genomics since March 2021, Anne has previously held significant roles at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research as a Senior Computational Scientist and at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, where research focused on the immune system's role in breast cancer and immunotherapy. Anne's research expertise includes integrating 'omics analysis for patient subtyping and leading studies on colorectal cancer and ovarian cancer. As a Helen Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, further contributions were made to cancer research through advanced genomic analysis. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a BE/BSc(HonsI) in Biomedical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Sydney. Anne has also been recognized for independently securing $290K USD in research funding and has taught and mentored students in chemistry.
