Dharmi Desai

Dharmi Desai is an accomplished academic and emerging professional in the field of health services research and health informatics. Currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Mason University since August 2022, Dharmi is also gaining practical experience as a Data Analyst Intern and Data Science Intern at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from May 2023 to August 2024. Dharmi's educational journey includes pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Services Research/Health Informatics from George Mason University, expected to be completed between May 2024 and May 2027, following a Master of Science in Health Informatics/Data Analytics, and a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
