Brooke Frankel Dickerson is the Director of Legal Services at the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Brooke served as a Partner and Environmental and Construction Attorney at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP from 1994 to 2023, contributing to litigation and real estate groups as well as several specialized practice teams. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Regional Counsel at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IV from 1990 to 1994, focusing on environmental laws, and working as an Associate at Sutherland, Asbill and Brennan in the Commercial Real Estate group from 1987 to 1989. Brooke holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
