Stephen Palmer has a diverse work experience in the legal sector and banking industry. Stephen worked as the Head of Legal at Gerald Group from 2018 to present and as the Head of Legal EMEA from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Legal Counsel at Zamin Resources Limited from 2014 to 2016. Stephen also worked as a Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2011 to 2014 and at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP from 2006 to 2011, where they gained expertise in M&A, private equity, and project finance.
