Roberto Sanabria

Roberto Sanabria currently serves as a Tier-2 Technical Support Agent at Sauce since May 2023, providing in-depth assistance to internal teams to tackle complex technical issues. Prior to this, Roberto worked as a Customer Support Executive at emBlue Latam from April 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries across multiple communication channels and ensuring high-quality responses and follow-ups. Roberto holds a degree in Tecnico en Programación de Computadores from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, along with several certifications in front-end development, web programming, mobile app development, community health promotion, and public health education from various educational institutions. Currently, Roberto is furthering skills in React JS through a program at Coderhouse.
