Barrie Dnistrian

Barrie Dnistrian is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in professional development and legal ethics. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at Gibson Dunn since August 2020, Barrie previously held positions as Associate Director and Manager of Professional Development within the same firm. Prior to Gibson Dunn, Barrie worked as an Attorney specializing in Conflicts and Legal Ethics at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Barrie's earlier roles include serving as Counsel at The Weinstein Law Firm PLLC, Senior Associate at Dechert LLP, and Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard M. Berman at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Barrie began a legal career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP as an Associate. Barrie holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany.
