Hanna Chalhoub

Hanna Chalhoub is a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where involvement spans M&A and Private Equity practice groups, with extensive experience representing multinational corporations and private equity firms in acquisitions throughout the Middle East. Previously, Hanna advised top sovereign wealth funds on real estate investments in the United States and contributed to various transactional work in Dubai, including finance and private equity. Notable previous roles include client secondments at INVESTCORP and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, along with early legal experience at MungerChadwick P.L.C. and Abou Dib Law Firm. Academic achievements include an LL.M in International Trade and Business Law from the University of Arizona and a law degree from Universite Saint Joseph.
