ARCOS-1, is a self-protected ring, which spans 8,000+Km, serves 15 countries and has 20+ landing stations. ARCOS-1 and New World were subsequently purchased by the Columbus cable group. Mr. Cooper’s primary responsibility was to develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CEO/CTO/CIO level executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.
