Vanessa Charpentier

Vanessa Charpentier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Head of Legal at Gilson since June 2020, Vanessa has established the legal department and is responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including those related to distribution, purchasing, and logistics. Prior to this, Vanessa held the position of Intellectual Property Legal Counsel at Cabinet Plasseraud from November 2012 to June 2020. Previous roles include Contracts, Litigation & IP Valuation Attorney at Microsoft and Legal Specialist at Cabinet Plasseraud. Vanessa began her career as a Juriste & Documentaliste and also completed an internship at Cabinet d'avocats Cazeneuve. Vanessa holds multiple degrees from the University of Montpellier and Université Paris 12, specializing in intellectual property and business law.
