Matthew Bowser

Matthew Bowser is a seasoned process engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the chemical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineering Supervisor at Givaudan since February 2021, Matthew leads a team focused on process improvement and efficiency enhancement through the implementation of project management strategies. Prior roles include Senior Process Engineer at Givaudan, Product Line Leader and Process Engineer at The Shepherd Color Company, and Production Engineer at Olin Chlor Alkali Products, where Matthew contributed to projects aimed at improving safety, reliability, and compliance. Matthew began his career as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at BASF and Emery Oleochemicals GmbH, and also has experience in public engagement as a Works Theater Presenter at Carnegie Science Center. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
