We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Content Executive to join our growing Content team. Youāll support the Commercial function here at Glean to repurpose and transform content, creating high quality formats and mediums that resonate with our target, higher education audiences, resultingĀ in increased awareness and generate revenue.
You will also be encouraged to experiment with new and existing channels to find the best way to deliver our message, enabling Glean to become the āgo to resourceā for thought leadership content for people looking to make learning quicker and easier for everyone!
Glean's Marketing team is made up of four areas: Content (that's where you'd come in!), Demand Generation, Customer Marketing and Learner Marketing.
You'd join a team of three including Gleanās Content Manager (Jacob - your line Manager), Jason (Website Lead) and Box (Graphic Designer).Ā
šļø Crafting compelling copy: A confident writer, able to understand our in-house tone of voice to create and repurpose compelling and engaging content that ultimately leads to conversions. Youāll also understand SEO, understanding how different channels work for our audience with the ability to tailor your message to the medium.
š¤ Leveraging a community: Youāll work cross functionally to source and scope unique user stories within our community and leverage this collateral to bring real life examples to specific personas.Ā
šļø Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with the wider Marketing team including Digital, Design & Demand Generation, understanding priorities alongside our editorial calendar. Youāll also keep a top of internal developments allowing you to position Glean in the best way.
š± Social media: Be able to curate engaging content across our social channels, managing our online presence including engaging with Gleanās audience. Youāll also be confident in understanding our key metrics and drive our messaging backed by data.Ā
š Keeping ahead of the curve: Youāll have your finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends, thinking outside the box and feedback on new ideas to be implemented. Youāll also understand how to leverage the latest AI technologies to increase our reach and create efficiencies within your role!

We have a beautiful office space in Leeds and we love it when we get together to collaborate in person. We typically operate a hybrid way of working, however some of our roles support remote working within the UK, if you live more than 50 miles from the office.Ā
