Suzanne Allen

Suzanne Allen, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Glen Raven since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources functions and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Suzanne held various positions at Ipas from May 1999 to October 2011, including Director of Human Resources, managing recruitment, performance management, and talent development for US and field-based employees. Earlier experience includes roles at Alamance Regional Medical Center and Pass & Seymour, encompassing human resources administration, policy enforcement, and benefits management. Suzanne completed Wharton Executive Education from March 2022 to March 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Elon University, earned in 1994.
