Gagandeep Singh

Gagandeep Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and consulting. Serving as Co-founder and Director of Reflexive Lens Consulting Limited since May 2021, Gagandeep specializes in developing leadership reports, organizational culture mappers, and coaching reports grounded in the EUM Framework, which has been researched for over two decades. Gagandeep is also an investor and collaborator at GlobalGyan Academy of Management Education since February 2018 and previously held the role of Executive Director at Sumedhas Academy for Human Context from October 2015 to November 2018. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal Consultant at FLAME TAO Knoware Pvt Ltd from January 1999 to October 2018. Gagandeep holds an EFPM in Organizational Leadership from the Indian School of Business (2019-2022), an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (1992-1994), and a B.Com in Finance from Panjab University (1988-1991).
