Anders Dybro

Anders Dybro has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Anders started their career as an Assistant in the M&A department at Gorrissen Federspiel Kierkegaard in 2003. Anders then worked as a Legal Assistant at Borealis A/S in 2005 and at TrygVesta A/S from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Bech-Bruun as a Junior Associate and subsequently became an Associate in the EU/Competition law department. At Bech-Bruun, they gained experience in commercial contracts, competition compliance, and M&A transactions. In 2015, they joined GN Group as a Group Legal Counsel, providing global legal support and overseeing the global antitrust compliance program. Anders later served as the Senior Director, Head of Group Legal, and then became the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Head of Group Legal International. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President & Group General Counsel at GN Group. In addition to their corporate experience, Anders Dybro also served as a Court-appointed expert judge (sagkyndig dommer) at The Maritime and Commercial High Court (Sø- og Handelsretten) from 2020 onwards.

Anders Dybro has a diverse education history. Anders completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2006. In the same year, they also became an exchange student at KU Leuven in Belgium, where they studied law. From 2006 to 2008, Anders pursued a Master's degree in Law at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. In 2011, they attended the IBC Competition Law Summer School in Cambridge, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
