Vinu Vijay Kumar

Vinu Vijay Kumar is a highly experienced power architect with a background in major technology companies such as Google, Apple, Qualcomm, and Texas Instruments. Vinu has held various leadership roles, including Power Architect at Google, CPU Power Architect at Apple, Design for Power lead at Qualcomm, and Low Power design czar at Texas Instruments, where responsibilities included subsystem specification and RTL implementation as well as DSP processor verification. Vinu holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Virginia, completed between 2000 and 2005.
