Monica Oudang

Monica Oudang serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GoTo Group since February 2024 and has held the role of Co-Founder and Advisor at Atma since January 2022. In addition, Monica chairs the GoTo Impact Foundation since March 2020 and founded People of Manuka (formerly Staff Search) in June 2008. Monica's prior experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at GO-JEK from May 2015 to February 2021 and working as the Marketing & Communication Manager at Global TV from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in the career, Monica was a Senior Fund Analyst at State Street from 2000 to 2002. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University (2003-2004) and a BSBA in Finance and International Management from Boston University (1997-2000), with earlier education at Dana Hall School (1994-1997).
