Alvaro Ruiz is currently the Head of Legal at GRENERGY RENOVABLES, with previous experience as the Legal Director at Yingli Green Energy Spain, S.L.U. and as a Legal counsel at GTL Asesoria Energética. Alvaro has a background in Property, Energy, and Corporate law and holds a degree in Corporate and Business Law as well as a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Alvaro's expertise lies in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various legal agreements in the energy sector, including Sales and Purchase Agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and PPAs.

Our core business is the development, construction, operation, maintenance and sale of power generating solar photovoltaic and wind energy plants. Nuestro “Core Business” es el desarrollo, construcción, operación, mantenimiento y venta de activos de generación eólica y solar fotovoltaica.
