Rachel Kovan

Rachel Kovan has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they interned at the Detroit Institute of Music Education and worked as Client Relations at The Barre Code. Rachel also interned at Paradigm Talent Agency, Vector Management, William Morris Endeavor, Creative Artists Agency, and United Talent Agency. In 2017, they became an Agent Trainee, Assistant, and Music Central Floater at WME (William Morris Endeavor). In 2020, they joined Andiamo Partners as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, and in 2022 they became the Technical Recruiting Lead at Grow Therapy.

Rachel Kovan has a diverse educational background. Rachel attended Cranbrook Schools from 2009 to 2013, and then went on to Vanderbilt University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in American Studies. Rachel also holds two certifications: Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) from Sourcing Training and Certifications, obtained in May 2021, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, also obtained in May 2021.
