Martin served 34 years in the Intelligence Community (IC) for the Navy (Captain), DoD, DIA Directorate for Science and Technology, and USSOCOM. As Director of Operations for USSOCOM Special Reconnaissance Capabilities Division, Martin was the lead for Special Operations missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Philippines, Europe/EURASIA and Africa.
