Piero Cavigliasso

Piero Cavigliasso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, innovation technology, and institutional relations. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Guala Closures Group since November 2016, Piero has previously held significant roles including Group Innovation Technology Director, where management of a new R&D center in Luxembourg was a key focus. Piero's prior experience includes directing institutional relations and public funding at Biochemtex, resulting in over 30 million euros in grants, and founding Plastics Academy and NTPLAST srl. With a background in sales and marketing from roles at Texo srl and Guala spa, Piero’s diverse expertise is strengthened by a degree in industrial design from Università degli Studi di Genova.
