Nicole Amico

Nicole Amico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and training within the insurance and sales sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Specialist at Guardian Life since August 2017, Nicole designs and implements comprehensive training programs for sales teams that cover product knowledge and communication strategies. Previously held roles include Core Market Sales Support Team Lead for the Western Division at Guardian Life, where supervision and coaching of a 20-member cross-functional team were key responsibilities, and various client management positions at Willis Towers Watson and Gallagher. Nicole began their career in account management at Guardian Life and has a robust background in customer service, team leadership, and educational program development.
