Sherif Heikal

Sherif Heikal is a Professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies since September 2011, specializing in the Graduate School of International and Area Studies and Law School. In addition, Sherif served as Head of the Department for both International Relations and International Political Studies and Middle East and African Studies at HUFS from September 2015 to September 2016. Prior to these roles, Sherif was a Research Professor at Yeungnam University from September 2009 to August 2011, focusing on International Economic Law and Comparative Legal Systems. Sherif's early career includes being an Attorney at Law with the Egypt Bar Association from December 1997 to February 2006. Academic qualifications include a PhD in International Economic Law from Yeungnam University, along with multiple diplomas and a Bachelor of Laws from Tanta University.
