Keith Parkman II has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Keith began their career at Boomers Family Fun Center in 2016 as an Employee. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Admissions Intern at Ohio Valley University before transitioning into a role as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach and Intern at the same university from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Server at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. Currently, Keith is a Program Director at Harlem Lacrosse, where they coach, tutors, and mentors students from low-income communities to help them achieve their full potential.
Keith Parkman II completed a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Ohio Valley University from 2015 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership at Lewis University from 2019 to 2021.

Harlem Lacrosse is a school-based non-profit organization that changes the life trajectories of youth through daily wrap-around academic support, mentoring, leadership training, college readiness career exploration, admissions counseling and lacrosse instruction. Our Program Directors maintain a daily presence in the schools and in the lives of the students we serve in order to build their confidence and activate the skill sets to help them reach their full personal potential.
